The Justice Foundation for Civil and Environmental Rights was founded by environmental advocates who believe a healthy democracy is a prerequisite for preserving a healthy environment.
The JFCER provides litigation research and litigation support to established civil rights organizations working to protect voting rights and other civil liberties. The JFCER also provides litigation research and support to environmental organizations. The JFCER does not seek to lead any of these efforts, only to support other organizations. As such, the JFCER does not seek publicity (through social media or otherwise) and does not solicit public donations.
If you have a voting rights, civil liberties, or environmental litigation project for which your organization seeks litigation support, please contact JFCER at (202) 734-5198.
